Gilded Fragments I

The “Fragments” Series is focusing on the incomplete aspect of our ever-changing mind. Either for memories, thoughts, or dreams, as evolving entities, we only very rarely have an immaculate vision of those elements. That fragmentation of our spirit is represented by an abstract agglomerations of metallic textures contained in a geometric composition.

Tea bags are ornate by those precious pieces, assembled with cotton threads in a repetitive and structured grid representing our desire to hold onto them, archiving these elements to the best of our abilities in our fluctuating mind.

This gilded version, emphasized with gold leaves, represents the wish to compose our dreams in a perfect future, structuring our ambitions and hopes in a wishful plan.
